The B1 router is a leased line router designed for direct connection to a 2Mb/s Megastream leased line. The router provides one G703/G704/X21 port and two LAN ports. The router includes a NAT translator and firewall for each router port, allowing a protected private network and demilitarised zone.

The PA2000 uses an IP network to provide the data carrying backbone for a simulated 2Mb/s Megastream leased line. The product is ideal to link legacy PBX equipment over a fixed or wireless IP network. Lossless compression allows any switching or data protocol to be used. The unit is suitable for carrying primary rate ISDN over an IP network.
